Alaska is a unique state for conducting field investigations; much of the state is rural and accessible only by air.
We have the experience, training and equipment to handle assignments anywhere in the state.
Our experience throughout the state allows us to save costs for our clients and results in competent, professional and thorough investigations.
However well meaning, an inexperienced and untrained investigator can project significant liability to a client.
Constantly changing state and federal laws relating to privacy, financial records, medical records, court records, victim's rights, civil court procedure and criminal court procedure are a minefield for inexperienced and untrained investigators.
Are you a member of any professional associations?
The Alaska Investigator's Association requires a F.B.I. fingerprint background check.
The National Association of Legal Investigators requires a background check and a minimum of two years full time experience in civil cases and/or criminal cases (verified through attorney clients).
