When you take legal action against another party, you need a process server to officially notify the other party.
You can't do this yourself; service of process must be served by an individual who is not a party to the case.
A service of process is a legal procedure in the United States, which declares all parties must be notified when facing legal action against them in a court of law or an administrative court.
The notification is accomplished through the delivery of a set or series of documents describing the legal action.
A nanny background check is one of the most extensive types of checks you can run.
We closely examine criminal records, the sex offender registry, and child abuse records.
It's also a good idea to speak to the prospective nanny's past employers and review their driving record.
We have developed a list of questions to ask every applicant that will help you achieve consitancy with multiple applicants.
We suggest to our clients that they require all applicants to bring a resume or employment history for the last five to 15 years (depending on their age).
Accidents can happen in the workplace.
When an employee gets a work-related injury or illness, your business could be on the line.
Workers' compensation insurance protects you by reimbursing employees when accidents take place.
But, employees, employers, and even health care providers can take advantage of the system by committing workers' compensation fraud.
Workers' comp fraud can lead to higher insurance premiums and penalties, so it's important to know how to protect your business and avoid costly mistakes.
